[closed] What application does Chris use to watch updates on all his networks?

So one day when I watch a vlog from Chris. I noticed an app running that was showing all new things happening in his feeds (Facebook, Twitter, G+) What app is that and where can I get it? (So long as I don't sound too crazy trying to explain what I saw...)
