Driver Auto Update?

Hey guys, I have recently bought a new laptop, it uses a Radeon 6310 graphics card (I take it it's an onboard graphics card), now the problem is - I can't find any drivers for it! At least manually that is, every bit of software I install results in nothing. So, do you guys know anything that would do that for me perhaps? Something like Driver Robot or DriverMagician?

In the box in the upper right hand corner there's a download drivers app. In the first drop menu chose "Notebook Graphics". In the second chose "Auto Detect and Install".
