To play Dayz it is recommended that i have 256MB of dedicated video RAM.

I have 60MB. (told from systemrequirementslab.com)

Is there anyway to increase this such as using part of my 3GB DDR3 RAM on my laptop?

[EDIT] The sticker on my laptop however, says 'Intel GMA 4500M Up to 1308 MB DVMT'

So will i be able to play it or..? I'm confused now..

the intel onboard video dynamically allocates memory as more is requested, only issue is it will most likely not run that game.

While i cannot be 100% sure, I recommend you install steam then try arma 2 (it is free and uses the same game engine so if you can run it then you can dun dayz
