I always wanted to ask this question on here, because I know there will be different and good responses from each of y'all. I'm not angry or nothing, but how do you guys deal with anger? I mean the way I do it depends on what I'm mad about. I'll deal with it by playing COD or Grand Theft Auto and just shoot and or drive over people. I also could do this long winded speech like here: http://youtu.be/SUOHctF0H_s?t=1m17s. I don't resort to violence, unless it's needed and there is a good explanation of it. Not advocating violence is always the answer, lmao. If I'm mad over nothing, I'd just forget about it in about 20-30 mins of mindless wandering online or watching TV, talking to my friends or hitting the batting cages. |

Anger management classes worked better on me then I expected, right now I barely get angry at all (when I really do I still lose control over myself but that hasn't happend in over 6 years :D ). To me it works better to see something as a joke, take it with a grain of salt as you might say and just move away from people/thing that anger you (if possible of-course) If you can't walk away and you really need to blow off steam just take some kind of boxing bag (or anything like it) and physically get it out of your system! If that's not your thing you might want to write it out, like ClosetFuturist said, ranting takes it out of your system as well. |

First of all, it takes a long time to piss me off... But when it does happen, I try to get some private time, where I usually put on some headcans and play some music. Because when I'm really pissed off, I don't want to vent it to the wrong person(s). As for using violence, I hate it... |

Oh wow I'm the complete opposite I usually can't play games like CoD to get calm XD normally talk it over with people, rant, maybe drive a bit. Find something to do. |

I very rarely get angry. Maybe once, twice a year. Yet when I do I end up breaking some of my furniture, that's why I buy everything cheap from IKEA. Aha. I wouldn't advise anybody to do that though. |

I'm very bad when it comes to dealing with anger, well, I can hold most of it in, most of the time, but that causes me to literally mentally implode, and I end up exploding with the rage of a nuclear reactor melting down, and I end up showing anger at the stupidest things and end up attacki8ng a wall or furniture, or I focus on a great happy joyful thought and I can counter the build up of anger, or I self implode... |

I deal with anger by exercising and writing. Whenever someone pisses me off, I'll either exercise or express my anger through writing. If you really anger me, then I'll beat you up, but I try really, really hard to not let it get to that point. |
