Hello, My father asked me to sync his phone's contacts and all other important information to his computer. However when I tried to connect it, the PC said the USB device isn't recognized. So I instantly thought it had something to do with the drivers, I went on the internet and intsalled "Samsung Kies" along with the drivers neccesary, but turns out it is still not recognized. I already told him to get a good phone but he started laughing as if I was joking. Anyone got a solution for this issue? Hope to hear from you soon, FlapnaadPro. |

If you take a look in KIES when trying to sync it. And this has happened to me once or twice before. Under the trouble shooting within there. You can reinstall the drivers under KIES where it will sk you to unplug the phone itself so it will do any updates or reinstallations there. I ad it happen to me at lease once or twice before. And did it there and it worked perfectly fine for me. |

Some general suggestions. Plug in the phone with kies closed. Go into device manager and remove any drivers that might be installed for the phone. Unplug the phone and reboot the computer. Open kies. After kies had finished opening then plug the phone in again to a USB port on the back of the computer if its a desktop. |

BUMP. still the same issue. I now officially hate android, I'm so glad it's not my own phone.
