That depends on what kind of website. If you want to have a blog, try wordpress or blogspot. If you want a community, there's lots of sites where you can set up a community. If you want a personal web site, use iWeb if you have a Mac, or just find a web host and a simple website editor. If you want a wiki site, where users can contribute with content, there's also multiple free tools for that, like Wikia. In all cases, you can easily put ads on, or use PayPal to get a donate button.

If you want to make a website, you could create a free website from Webs.com i meant like with my own domain name Yeah. You could register one off of webs.com You could also go to godaddy.com if you want a domain name. This is for amateurs. If you want some profit from your web site - you must invest in domain, and hosting. The info domains costs only 0.99$, and the hosting....well it's not so cheap (starts from 2-3$ per month). |

Square space is an awesome platform for people who are new to the net. It will help you create a good looking website with no coding experience. It's bit pricey but you can enter certain codes and I think you can get up to 10% off of the lifetime of your order. Good luck with your website :)
