So by now I am sure that everyone has heard about AT&T's new policy of throttling unlimited data users when they hit 3 Gigs of data usage in a billing cycle. This shouldn't be a surprise that someone's who's contract is up the end of this month is ready to pack up and leave the day he's a free man. I have decided to move over to Sprint, as they are the only company that still offers truly unlimited data, which is important to me. Given AT&T's bold move I need to push my moving plans a head. Here was the original plan: wait a few weeks and save up the money to get a 32GB iPhone 4s. I am currently using the same capacity with a 3GS so the update seems logical. Given the fact that I am pushing ahead sooner than planned I have essentially 3 or 4 options.
Option A: Wait, watch my data usage and save for the 4s.
Option B: Get the iPhone 4 in an 8GB model that Sprint offers online for $99.99
Option C: Bite the bullet and get myself an Android phone as Sprint seems to have some nice ones that come out to 99.99 with a 2 year agreement.
Option D: Save a little and try and squeeze into a 16GB 4s although I am an app junkie so I am hesitant to get an iPhone less than 32GB.
I could really use some help from the community on this. In case it helps make the options easier to analyze, all my computer work is done in Windows and my tablet of choice is an iPad 2, although I am thinking iOS and Android could share the same house in peace and harmony. Thanks in advance for the help.
