As I was making sure my website runs fine on different browsers I noticed that other browsers (such as Safari or Firefox) render text that is smooth and crisp, while Chrome makes it "pixely" and foggy. Here is my study (each was taken with the same snipper tool, same OS and PC, on the same website):

Chrome: alt text

Safari:alt text

Firefox:alt text

IE:alt text

Why do you think that happens? And is there a way to fix it?

Any tips to fix it in CSS? (Using WebKit or similar)?

I see it, and I tried the same in my browser and saw it. I don't know what might be causing it

don't see any difference sorry !

you could just trymaking view smaller on chrome you could be magnifying to much on that browser I find it happens a lot to me accidently hit scroll wheel and ctrl andmagnify pages ..

the thing is the more you magnify the more pixelated all graphics gets and if you are magnifying it even more with browser very noticable , I think it has little to nothing to do with chrome in and of its self ..

THis type of thing happens when you enlarge and image in an image then enlarge that image the quality starts to suffer..

and just because you dont notice in once browser and not another does not mean that one is the one poorly it is the one rendering what you give it :)

you took text render the text as large as you could created a image of the text enlarged it without concern for ratio now it show pixel fuzzy edges in a good image viewer poor veiwer shows just blurred enough to fake the eye you manifide the imperfection in the text and now blame something its not ..

been doing this a long time I have seen many things

try remakeing the logo smaller text resize your browser vewiw to normal ..
