Is a phone's vibration mechanism covered under warranty?

When I woke up and checked my phone I received a text. It vibrated. But it wounds weird. It's almost like something is rattling on the inside. Is it covered under warranty? Its a Samsung Galaxy Nexus and I got it around March.

Brought it into my carrier. They're sending it off... but it cost me $91.30. $10 for the loaner phone and $80 as a deposit for the repairs...

That's an extortionate amount! especially just for the vibration mechanism.

I got my phone back. Fully repaired... and then some. They not only fixed the vibration mechanism, they replaced my screen also. Which had a little scratch and burn ins. And I think they replaced the speaker as well, it sounds much louder. Samsung is awesome...

haha I would pay to be there when you call samsung to ask if your vibrator is covered under warranty ..

yep, it is but usually when a part fails. when it vibrates does it sound like the motor is failing,or does it sound like something came loose and is rattling when the motor spins?

Kind of sounds like something came loose and just rattles when the motor spins. I don't know what a failing motor would sound like.
