Which site do you recommend me using that will let me upload my entire playlist online meaning my entire iTunes playlist so I can listen to it on the go when I am at school or somewhere I do not have access to using my phone?

Well the first thing that comes to mind is iTunes match, however it requires and iOS or a computer with iTUnes installed to use. - http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/

There's Google Play. I haven't used it but according to what I've read you can access it from your web browser and android devices. - https://play.google.com/about/

Then there's Amazon Cloud. I think you can stream your music on just about anything with an internet connection. - http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=2658409011

Google Play Music also works with iOS devices, you just have to go to their website from your browser on it. They haven't yet released a native app but the web app seems to work really well.

Google Music works great! It even syncs the iTunes playlists and all the songs. Whichever ones you choose sync to the cloud. And its free.
