Mystery shopping is actually a thing. It is when companies pay another company to send people in to test the employees and make sure that the employees are saying what they are supposed to and nothing their not.

Some companies do and some don't it depends on the size of the company and the need for them. So this question really should be reopened.

The issue is that the term "mystery shopping" can mean different things, Daniel should be more diligent when asking questions like this, I did not know if it was a website or what.
