Is there a difference in how clear one site looks better then the other? Does Vimeo look better in HD then YouTube HD or does YouTube HD look beter then Vimeo HD? Is there a difference.

HD I mean 720p on YouTube vs 720p on Vimeo or 1080p on YouTube vs 1080p on Vimeo

I say Vimeo, but if you don't pay for Pro, you're limited to how many videos you can upload a week and how many HD videos you can upload. If you can't spare any money for Pro, go with YouTube. Chances are, most people won't watch you in full 1080p. I leave my videos at 720p because more people can watch that instead of the more bandwidth heavy 1080p. Also, the videos uploaded to BOTH sites are compressed, so they're not technically HD either.

I have a YouTube page. Also are you trying to say that when I upload videos that there not in HD because their compressed? Do you loose your video quality while uploading videos to YouTube

Yes, you do lose video quality when uploading to Youtube because they're compressed A LOT. Sure you can pick 1080p, doesn't mean it's a 1080p video. It's not your fault they're compressed, they've always been compressed. Remember 360p video or even 240p? Before you could upload HD videos, they were compressed to the extreme also.
