I am selling my house and my real estate agent asked me if I wanted to consider a lease purchase for a maximum of 6 months. What is a lease purchase? Is it better to consider it? |

they are asking if you would concider to lease with the option to purchase at the end of the lease time .. depends on how motivated you are to sell to be honest :) Lease option gets some one in your house payin and living in it who has the first right to be your buyer anytime in that lease period , if you are needing a fast cash turn over this might not be for you or it could take longer to find a buyer in which time the house just sits empty mostly houses tend to go down fast when they are unlived in for periods of time from natural and not so natural abusive causes :) |
