I updated to iOS 6 this morning and it told me to update my payment info and it was a simple security code, i put that in and it gave me a message saying please contact iTunes Support. i need help please. oh and btw this is will all my devices. thanks guys. Jacob.

Call Apple and see what is the problem. They will have more information on the status of the account on the backend of things.
We do not know anything other than to call Apple.
