I am a year away from finally going off by my self, I want to go to college for 2 year and maybe if it possible 4 years college. I live in MA,USA and I would like to know if anyone recommend a university or college to me. I interest in techonology from fixing computer to fix tablet, putting stereo on cars ext. I not well experience in looking for college, I want to be above to have a great experience and maybe start a business someday. Let me know if u recommend me anything. Thing I need to know about the college is where its, how much it cost and if there a large college with a lot of student and a small one with less student, Thank you one more thing it doesn't have to be in MA but prefer here.

it all depends which job you want, if it requires a college degree then you will need to get the required degree.
For most work, what you learn in college is pretty much useless. I have a psychology degree and am currently in the process of completing a teachers education degree, and I know for a fact that I cant do any job in psychology as I don't know to do anything related it's related work., but the college required me to double major in order to enter teachers education.
Largely what you will get is a sheet of paper that tells potential employers that you are in debt and can sit still and do boring work for 4 years without going insane.

I agree that colleges are over priced, but my theory is to go to a different country and go to college there. For example, the Dominican Republic, and their university, Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo, is free for Dominican citizens. I might go that route.
I live in New York City, and basically, the only options here are CUNY, SUNY, NYU/Columbia/John Jay. I might go the SUNY route, as CUNY schools suck.
