Hey! I live in Norway, and here the telephone company have not yet developed 4G. So my question is; Will the 3G network still work on the new iPhone 5, even though the new iPhone 5 have a 4G/LTE-chip?

Yes, the iPhone 5 still supports the 3G (as well as the 2G) radio bands.
