Is it inhumane to let birds that have been raised in captivity out into the wild? Will they be able to adapt and survive or would I be sending them to their demise? The birds are parakeets. |

they will probably die, as they don't know where to find food. also it would depend on where you live, they are probably not suited to the environment you would release them into, the cold and rain would probably kill them quick. if you can no longer care for the animals, either sell them, or put them on somewhere like Freecycle find one in your area and put it up on there with as much details about them as possible, someone will take them from you. |
