Just now, I tried to download an app on my iPhone 3GS and when I put I my password, it told me that that my Apple ID has been disabled. How does this happen? I did nothing wrong. Is there something I can do? I tried resetting my password, but that didn't work. I went to the Apple for this problem, but their website for support is useless. It seems that sense the new iTunes update, that this has been happening to a lot of people. |

Give a call to 1-800-MY-APPLE I will give it a try. If they can't solve your problem I really don't know who would! yay customer service "cant help you and don't know who can..." heard that a ton of times from a bunch of people... IMO there is nor reason why they should ever give this answer, call back and when they give that answer ask to speak with the supervisor. waist his/her time you will be surprised at how quickly things will get solved. If they start to give you a brick wall, don't be afraid to give them one too. Just remember that YOU are the customer and THEY work for YOU! I thought that they like to help people. They are suppose to have the best service. 1
Well did it work? You can try Apple.com chat service. Honestly, who else is going to reactivate it for you? You have to talk to support. Keep calling them. Its your money. They opened a case when I called them. I might try apple.com if the case thing doesn't work.

Have you gone to the genius bar at your local apple store to see if they can do something about this since it seems to have happen to some others. And there would have been a resolution that they would have mentioned to the techs there that would be able to do something about this since the updated for Itunes. |
