Is it safe to us C cleaner on a mac?

Hi guys i need a good cleaning tool for my mac i have been doing some research i came across c cleaner and found out they are out on mac now

i need advice is it safe to use would any of you recomend it ?

0	If you want to keep your Mac running well, repair disk permissions in Disk Utility and other regular system maintenance. You don't need CCleaner. Often programmes like that can cause more trouble then they fix. answered Sep 23 '12 at 11:35 Fish 7.3k●109●144●215
