is there a "free my apps" like service for android?

I'm sure a lot of people heard chris talk about the free my apps for iOS devices. I love using it to get rewards like amazon gift cards and that sort of thing. I also love using my android tablet and want to look for some cool apps for it. Is there a service like "free my apps" for android?
