Is this lies or what?

So I'm on Walmart's site derping around and whatnot, and I see that apparently the release date of GTA V is 31 December. Is this lies, or did Walmart just put a date because it's the highest they can go? Here is the link for y'all to see it, I left a screencap as well. If it really does come out on the 31st, I'd be hype. First one to go to Jersey to buy it. :D
