Office 2013 - thoughts? Mac Office 2014?

I recently downloaded Office 2013 for my Windows PC and found it to be pretty good. I do like the flat feeling to it. What are your thoughts? Does it perform better than 2010? Does it look better to you?

Also, since I mainly use a Mac, I am quite interested in what they will do with it on there once they get to it. Will it look bad or will MS make it look nice. Maybe function better with Apple's UI guidelines.

Haven't tried Office 2013, Personally, I like 2010 enough that I probably won't bother going for 2013.

As for the mac version, it will probably be like the other Office for Mac releases except that it will incorporate some of the new features and icons. No chance in hell, in my mind, for it to follow Apple's UI principles, they don't do it on iOS or Android and Apple certainly doesn't do it on Windows. if I were in their position I wouldn't bother with it. I know a lot of people that are happy with the current design. A few improvements and some new features will likely be it.
