iPhone ringtones

I bought a ringtone from iTunes on my iPhone. It asked if I wanted to set it as a ringtone, text, or to assign it to a contact. I want it to be my e-mail tone. It has never showed up on my phone but is in my iTunes. I have it checked and is only 1 second long. (the Jawa: Utinni! ringtone) Why want it sync to my phone? and can I set it as an e-mail tone?

I got it to work but I had to buy the ringtone again. Then set it as a default sound, and the change it to my email tone. why did I have to buy it again?

Hmm, I didn't know you can set custom email tones. I thought it was just the standard sound.

Yeah I don't think it's always been an option. But I checked recently and it's there now.

0	Well it stop working and the ringtone is gone off my phone. It worked about a year ago when the sound first was posted on the site. I had it set as my email tone then. I'll have to buy it again to get it on my phone. answered Sep 28 '12 at 15:23 commandereddy 1●1●1●1
