Every time I search something on Google I am redirected to this site

No matter what I search every time I try looking something up on Google that site comes up. I have no clue why it happens! I do not want to uninstall Chrome and then install it again because I do not want to take the time to install it again. I have no clue what that site is and if I block it then I can not search anything on Google. I haven't tried to see if this problem is on any other browser since I do not use any other browser besides Chrome but I want to know what the problem is and I want to know how to fix it so I can not be experiencing this problem again!

Install MBAM: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and do a scan in Safe Mode. That should take care of it, as @trueb said.

i always opt to reinstall windows over using any kind of malware scan, you cannot be sure that these programs can remove all traces of these infections. It is best to nuke a city with 1 sick person in it, then to try to remove the sick person (no not for real but when it comes to malware, that is the stand i take.)

I do too @trueb, however some people don't have the luxury of installing Windows again because they don't have the DVD, don't have any place to backup their data, so on so forth.
