Cannot change my Yahoo profile username

0	i did it before but now they changed everything . it used to look something like this http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/media/images/010-0000000014.jpg how can i turn it back from this fancy useless page i get now? profile yahoo name asked Sep 30 '12 at 06:53 hosa 15●13●17●18
