I recently changed my Power Supply (PSU) and also my CPU Cooler thinking will stop a clicking noise that is coming inside my computer. But amazingly clicking noise still there not often but still annoying! I really don't know what to do next...? If you need more information please let me know and please help me! :)

A classic case of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'! Occasional clicks and ticks are all entirely normal. Persistent (as in all day, every day) or very loud noises, screams, grindings, and creaks should always be investigated thoroughly but the odd click?

It's probably coming from your hard drive. They start making noises like that before they fail.

You could just listen and find out exactly where it's coming from. Take the components out and make yourself a little test bench on an open desk. Then just listen to every component till you find which one is the culprit. It's either a fan or a hard drive, not much else is really moving around to make clicking noises.
