I remembered Chris' videos on the Optimus Maximus Keyboard and wondered if he still had it. I know he uses the Apple keyboards now, but does he still have or use the Optimus Maximus? |

he most likely still has it since a few millennia ago, he listed it as a price for lockergnome.net though I am not sure if anyone even cares about it anymore. sure it is a cool keyboard but it's special features are more of a novelty. where you will get tired of them after a week or so. the Razer DeathStalker keyboard is a far better implementation using displays on a keyboard and even that is not popular due to the cost (nearly $250) the sad thing is that smaller LCD or OLED screens are cheaper per square inch because the yields are higher. When producing a larger display eg 10 -20 inches or more, then it suddenly becomes much harder to fine a larger amount of contiguous surface area that meets the target quality standards set by the company. (that is why you can buy $20 mp3 players with 4GB of storage, li-ion battery and oled screen) another issue is due to the key spacing and shape, it is not ideal for gaming and for professional use, the keyboard is rarely looked at |
