So i'm going to throw a hypothetical question at you, lets say you got windows 8 and you wanted to check the lockergnome sites and such would you open up your internet browser and go to the sites or would you download a windows 8 app that had all the stuff you would want to find and read/watch in one place and use that instead. lets also say there is a live tile for this app and lets also say the alfa version looks like this:

(lets also say there is a windows phone version too)

I personally wouldn't use a desktop app. I think with the email newsletter, the GeekOuts and the Android and iOS apps I would never really find a use for it.
