I'm currently on iOS with my iPhone 3GS, and as an upgrade I might go with an Android device (waiting for the next Galaxy Nexus from Google), and my concern was about my contacts, how do I transfer all of my iCould contacts to my Android phone, and also how do I sync that over the cloud, must be with one of Google's services I'm guessing. I'm new to this whole Android system so could someone please help me out. Thanks |

If you go to iCloud.com, login and go to the contacts page you can see a little "settings" gear at the bottom left-hand corner. Click it after selecting which contacts you want and choose the export option. Then go to the Google Contacts Page (Here) and in the sidebar, towards the bottom, you should see an "Import Contacts..." option, select the file you downloaded from iCloud and upload it, Google will read the information and set up your contacts. They will then be stored securely in the cloud on Google's servers and synced to any Google device that has the same login credentials as the one you used when you imported them. Enjoy! |

what i did was i exported each one via iCloud. then imported them to my gmail account. its kind of like copying and pasting the info but it does all of one contact at once. |
