With the acquisition of Lucas Film has come the news (or is it speculation?) that there will be another trilogy but what exactly should they be? A continuation of the story after episode six or a separate story set of course in the same galaxy but in a different time perhaps long before the events on episodes 1-6? I would prefer the latter, something that would relate to the Old Republic series but at the same time i hope Disney inject fresh blood into the writing, producing and even direction of the films as i was somewhat underwhelmed by episodes 1-3. I think Disney have done a great job with the of the Marvel franchise (which they own) at least when it's come to the movies especially the Avengers by putting the right people in place, so i'm hoping they will do the same with the Star Wars franchise but also realising that they need to give it a different feel to the last three productions. Personally I'd like to see the same approach taken as the movie Reel Steel when it comes to the CGI, as little as possible was used in the movie and it really paid off with an Oscar nomination for best visuals. What do you think? |

I am hoping a continuation after episode 6. Basically what the Star Wars books say. Where Han and Leia get married have a son Anakin Solo, and where Palpatine comes back and Luke goes to the dark side. This is what the Star Wars books have written I feel the movies will go somewhat the same way. I cannot wait for episode 7-9 :) |

I would like to see George Lucas stay away from them. He's had his time, the originals were good, but we don't need to end up releasing these and then redoing them and re-releasing them again. Hopefully, him selling LucasFilm means he'll let Disney go their own direction with them. |

If they make episodes 7-9, then at last we will have the trilogy of trilogies :-) |

I'd love to see all the different locations we hear referenced in the other films. Specifically the Spice Mines of Kessel. I could picture that being a very awesome setting for a great action sequence. |

3D but actually shot In 3D unlike the ones they realised a while ago |

I've heard it's not really going to be a trilogy, but more like a James Bond sort of thing, where they come out with a new movie every 2 or 3 years for the foreseeable future.
