Upgrading Devices

I wanted to know two things. First, I currently own a Droid Incredible 2 by HTC, so would the Galaxy Note II be a nice upgrade? Secondly, I have an iPad 2 and I am kind of craving the iPad 4th generation. Is it worth the upgrade? or should I just get the iPad mini?

I think the upgrade on the phone is good. The Note 2 is a great phone and I'm sure you'll be really happy with it. For the iPad you should get the iPad 4 the iPad mini has the same specifications as the iPad 2 but is smaller. The iPad 4 has a faster processor, retina display and the lightning connector the iPad mini is really a smaller iPad 2. My advice is get the note 2 and iPad 4
