When will the Intel Core i7 3970x be Available in the United States?

I'm currently finishing up an LGA 2011 "Dream Build" and have been waiting for the last installment of Sandybridge-E to arrive. Well, it's here, and the 3970x is available in Singapore. I want to know when I can get my hands on one. Anyone have any ideas?
