Are there any free apps for iOS that can upload 1080p video to YouTube?

Are there any free apps that can let me upload 1080p video from my iPhone to YouTube? For some reason YouTube only allows you to upload 720p video from the camera roll to YouTube. Which free app will let me upload videos to YouTube from the iPhone in its full resolution of 1080p?
