Partitoning

Anyone know a good, free way to partition my 750GB SHD into 250GB & 500GB? Forgot to do it before installing 7.

I can't upload a pic (not enough Karma) but this is where my drive stands now:
Used Space: 20,124,209,152 bytes (18.7GB)
Free Space: 729,924,296,704 bytes (679GB)
Capacity: 750,048,505,856 bytes (698GB)
