Does anyone know the best way to start affiliate marketing? Is it worth it?

Does anyone know the best way to start affiliate marketing? Is it worth it? I would like to start a hosting company but if i cant i want to make at least 200 dollars or so a month with affiliate marketing. I have about 90 Dollars in my Adwords account to get started. Please help
