I have been a mac fan since my first experience with Mac OS 8. I did not realize how close Apple was to going out of business at the time. Which version of Mac OS did you experience first? |

No because when OSX came I was only about 6-7 years old (I think) |

Ah my first use was back in school I think it was probably in 92 or so not sure of the exact model as I was so young. This is my first Mac that I've owned so it does have Mac OS X which is amazing. |

When I was a kid, we had an iMac, and I though it was the most awesome computer ever made. Always liked Apple since then. About the OS version, I was too small to even know what an operating system was ;) |

I have not used mac anough to say that. I want to try it out tho! I have a friend who just got a new laptop and I can borrow her old "mactop". |

Yes, actually I was a fan all the way back to ProDOS on the Apple IIe. I didn't get my first Mac until college and that was when System 7 first came out. I had a Mac all the way up through System 8, then migrated to PCs for work. I came back about 3 years ago and have completely migrated over to Mac now for home and work. So, I've been a fan since 1984 and a Mac fan since 1992 and System 7. |

Yes, I miss Mac OS 9! I wish I could find a copy of it somewhere. Though it may have been a little clunky in some cases, it was the best of times for the Mac OS |
