I was looking for new sites to use for affiliate sales just a few days ago, ClickBank is one of the few I signed up for. I will not be using my account, though. After browsing through potential affiliate links that I could use, I quickly left and continued my search elsewhere. The majority of ads that I viewed were what I would consider "spammy". I wasn't there long, but I felt like I completely wasted my time and effort signing up. Maybe I missed something, but I can't recommend it.
