Where can I make a radio station online like Shoutcast?

For some reason I can not figure out how to setup Shoutcast to make a radio station. I am huge on music and I have a huge selection of Music on my computer and I am wondering what site I can use to make a radio station like Shoutcast. I want to make it so people can listen to the station at any time of day from anywhere they can like on a smartphone or a tablet. If somebody can help me setup Shoutcast I can finally show my taste of music to the world!

You could do it with http://www.caster.fm/ There are thousands of shoutcast stations there, and I personally use it. As far as legality goes, I'd say it's legal, but I am not sure.

They give you the instructions how to set it up and it's 100% free. You could link it to your personal site, and it works on mobile. This is just PERFECT for you.

Yeah but the sites you are recommending me are not free. Shoutcast use to be free but this bullshit now makes you pay for it. Is their a way I can make a Shoutcast station for (FREE)
