I have a Dell Lattitude E4300. When I connect it to a wired connection I seem to have a network connection but the browsers wont display webpages I can ping and tracert the websites but they wont display in the browser. When I connect wireless I have no problems connecting to the internet. I tryed a winsock fix but that didnt fix it.

The thing I would check out is what IP address that you are getting on the wired and wireless networking cards on your Dell Latitude. You can easily do this if you go into the command prompt and type ipconfig /all and take a look to see if you are getting as an example 192.168.0.2 or 192.168.1.2 which means you are getting a good IP address. Have you tried also clearing the Cache on the browsers? Also another thing you can try as well is netsh i i i r which will reset on the laptop networking cards. If it still doesn't work. Have you tried putting in on your wireless or wired connection in the alternate DNS 188.8.131.52 and secondary 184.108.40.206 which are Googles DNS settings on them. Which I had to use myself with similar problems when I was getting page cannot be displayed. Instead of the ones that I would have gotten from the router itself or from my ISP provider over here.

Welcome to Lockergnome!
What browser are you using to access the connection in question? Maybe there are proxy settings inside, that have bren pre-programmed via a program. You might have to use a different browser to see if that's the problem.
Also check if there is a virus in said computer. Scan with MBAM (Malwarebytes) and MSSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) to see.
