Is This A Good Motherboard?

Hi guys, I need some motherboard suggestions. I am looking to build a good computer with the limited money that I have. I have most of the parts, but I need a new CPU and motherboard. I am getting an AMD FX-8320 and I am planning to overclock it to get it on par with the 8350. The motherboard I am planning on getting is a pretty nice looking MSI 990FXA-GD65V2 AM3+. Is it good? Would it do good with overclocking? I have a nice cooler so cooling really isn't a problem for me. But yeah, is it good and do good with overclocking are my questions. Thanks everyone.
