Lets say the Xbox 720 gets shown next year and launches by the end of 2013. I don't plan getting one at launch after the Red Ring problems that the Xbox 360 had.

Does anyone else feel/think the same or am I just being paranoid?

First off, they're not calling it "720" since that's an amazingly stupid name.

Secondly, They fixed the Red Ring problems with the 360. I can't image the next one having the same problem.

Oh I'm definitely buying one on launch. I do hope that Microsoft learned from its mistake with the 360 though...

I do not think that it will be an issue though, the new 360 S models are proving to be very reliable and if they do what they did with these, there shouldn't be any real concern. Of course there will be faulty models however, just the fact of life.

i would suggest there be a moratorium on the next gen questions as vast amounts of discussions are just a quick google or youtube search away, at least until closer to E3, anyone second the motion?
