I have been trying to watch a purchased video on my Mac but the Amazon player says that I need to update flash. I am on the latest version and none of my browsers work. Does anyone have this same issue? Very bothersome. I am on Mountain Lion.

And to just be clear, flash is working everywhere else.

Go ahead and completely uninstall Flash from your system. You'll need to go here to properly do that:

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/865/cpsid_86551.html

Adobe doesn't provide a proper uninstaller with Flash, so you'll need to download and run it to properly remove everything associated with Flash.

Once that's done, download and re-install the latest version of Flash. (Make sure ALL browsers are closed and not running.)

I actually hadn't had flash installed beforehand. I just used Chrome whenever I needed flash, but it wouldn't load even in Chrome so at first I thought it was a Chrome bug.
