What kind of things cannot be shown on camera when monetizing a video for YouTube? When it comes to unboxings, news showing upcoming products (you'd be saying or showing a photo of the product), I tried to read YouTube's guidelines, but they're so vague. |

anything copyrighted cant be shown directly, for example you cant play upload a clip from CNN, but you can have CNN playing on a tv that you are reviewing. You also cant show porn, or instructions on making explosives you can show logos and many other things present in the real world that consumers commonly buy. |

Basically anything that is not your own/you do not have permission to use. If it contains a song like Lady Gaga's Poker Face, You cannot monetize on it. Also, whatever causes a video to be flagged like the reasons above will also disqualify it from being monetized as well. |
