How to get free Amazon gift cards: Help!

In the newest vlog, I noticed this link in the video description:

I went to the website then went to the mobile link on the website m.freemyapps.com on my iPhone, and then it took me into the settings to have something installed. Just wondering if this is the proper way to do it, and how can I uninstall this all the way if I needed to?
