I'm getting some new servers for my home server room and I want them to be running XAMPP on Windows 7 rather than my normal Ubuntu Server setup. Please don't say Plesk, and cPanel is too expensive for a home datacenter.

Why not use IIS that is built into windows 7. (It should be under system compoents.) I know I have two servers at home running windows 2003 with IIS, PHP, and mysql database on them. XAMPP I would use only for testing purposes for certain web based applications. Or INstall Apache on my windows based machines.
