You're looking to create an app, not an SDK (Software Development Kit, like XCode)

I've been an iOS developer for quite a while now and http://mycodeteacher.com/ taught me a lot with this! It costs $9,99 per month but it's definitely worth it. Also you can check out the Lynda tutorials http://www.lynda.com/iOS-training-tutorials/413-0.html And then there's of-course Google for searching for tutorials on Objective-C and iOS.
