I have 2 internet connections here now.
I need some software so I can j0in them both together so I can send video out over both of them to make better stream quality.
Anyone know of anything?

You can not "bind" two internet connections together. Think about it, Both connections have their own WAN IP, when you access a webpage, you access it from your IP address, and then that webpage (youtube for example) sends its video stream to your IP address. You cant visit a website on two ip addresses and expect it to treat it as one single session, you can purchase an expensive router which supports load balancing (draytek sell some pretty good ones), so if you have many devices on the network each device will initiate its own NAT session with the router and the router will use a different WAN for each session. but unless the two lines are "binded" at the exchange you will not achieve an overall faster connection.
