Web based Weight loss application for a group of friends.

I've been hitting a proverbial brick wall on this one thing that I have been trying to look for. Normally I'm able to find content Management Systems to make dynamic websites. Like using Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress and a few others that let you host it out on the net. Or with a spare computer running either windows 2003 server or Linux Clear OS as examples. What I am trying to look for on the Free Open source is a web base application for weight loss tracker. Where it can let you enter in the foods that you eat on the daily basis, exercise that you have done, with the initial weight that you have started with and the Ideal weight that you want to reach. I've been having a heck of a time trying to find something that is free and open source that I can install this on a Netserver LPR PIII 650MHZ, 384 megs of ram, raid 1 18.2 gigabyte SCSI driver. It is not going to be a lot of people accessing it. It will be a group of friends together that we all want to loose weight together as a group.

It'll be running windows 2003 server with IIS, PHP, and Mysql as for the base for it. For the group it's just for entering the data for each of us. And I am having a heck of a time trying to find just the scripting files to set one up and have it running locally here. And be able to set my router up with the appropriate port forwarding to my external IP address which I have done already a couple of times. So it is not a big deal. Does anyone else know where I can find these scripts to create a weight loss website.
