Affordable touch screen monitors?

I'll be building or buying a gaming machine very soon and will be trying to pick up a monitor on sale tomorrow during the boxing day sales! Either online or down my local electronics store and of course i want a bargain, so i wouldn't want to spend more than £150 of a good screen at least 23 inches in size. I'd be vert happy with a 1080p monitor but it would be good to make it more future proof by getting a touch screen one if possible especially since it'll make an experience with Windows 8 more use friendly, so if anyone can suggest well made 1080p monitors of 23 inches or larger that sell for roughly £150 that i can keep an eye out for tomorrow that would be great!
