GTalk for iOS

iOS users, Could you recommend me an app which has the following features?

*Ability to load previous chats from GMail Chat (NOT FROM SAVED MESSAGES OF THE APP). To be more specific, The app should have the ability to load last (at least a few) messages by searching from the gtalk history from Google account and NOT by retrieving it from the iOS devices itself (like saved conversations in the iOS device or in iCloud).

*Push Notifications even if the app is running in the background only (Not when closed)

*Photo sharing & Location sharing (Like a google maps link to be sent to the receiver)

*Getting the last message (if any) if the connection is lost in b/w.
